Return to Roses on Sports32!

Posted on by JP Cadorin

Tonight at 7pm, Sports32 is bringing you a comprehensive half-hour show dedicated to the Badgers trip to Pasadena!  The show is called Return to Roses and I must say that I think fans of the Cardinal and White are going to love it. As painful as the ending to the game was, join us as we take a look back at the Rose Bowl as well as the championship season itself.  I know fans have a sour taste in their mouth from the way things ended, but it was still a pretty incredible season for the Badgers.

Think about it: in the past four years….

    • Indiana hasn’t been to a single bowl game
    • Michigan has only been to two bowl games
    • The Badgers have a 39-14 record
    • Wisconsin has two Big Ten Championships and two BCS Bowl Appearances

Not a bad legacy to leave for this year’s senior class.  So help us send them out in style by watching Return to Roses on Sports32.  It premieres tonight at 7pm on Sports32 right before our live high school basketball game.  It then re-airs at 11pm and will air several times throughout the next couple of weeks.

On a personal note, the trip to California was fantastic.  We hit more than a few snags along the way, but it was a truly amazing experience.  The hotel and public relations staff treated us like kings, the views in southern California were breathtaking and the above average temps didn’t hurt either.

This was my fourth season covering the Badgers and I got to go to Soldier Field, Lucas Oil Stadium, and the Rose Bowl.  2011 was pretty nice.  I’m looking forward to covering the team in 2012.  Montee Ball is coming back, Peter Konz is leaving, and a pretty solid senior class will leave.

I love talking about the team, so feel free to contact me on Twitter or e-mail me and we can chat about whatever you want.  Thanks!

Here’s the promo that’s running now on Sports32:
